The course can be taken in person in Melbourne or via video call. It runs over three consecutive days, with three 60-minute sessions. Sessions run across Friday–Sunday, typically late morning or mid afternoon. Times are set to suit the cohort, based on where you’re joining from. You’ll receive an email after signing up with info and options.
Across these sessions you’ll learn the technique, practise together, and become familiar with the rhythm of the practice. By the end, you’ll have everything you need to meditate on your own — no apps, subscriptions, or ongoing instruction required.
Following the course, you’ll enter Slow Coach — seven days of WhatsApp-based coaching designed to help you establish a daily, self-led practice and integrate meditation into everyday life.
You also have the option to join Club Med — a regular group meditation with other practitioners, held online with occasional in-person sessions in Melbourne.
Course Structure
By the end of the course you’ll have:
• A simple, self-led meditation practice you can continue for life
• A clear understanding of how and when to practise
• A technique that works even when your mind is busy
• A steadier relationship with your nervous system
• The foundations for a daily habit that supports clarity, energy, and creative life
You’ll also have Slow Coach, seven days of WhatsApp support to help you embed the practice into your routine.
You’ll also receive three months of complimentary access to Club Med, our bi-weekly collective meditation. Join in Melbourne or online and continue the rhythm of practice alongside like-minds.
What You’ll Leave With
The course can be taken in a small group or 1:1.
The practice and structure are the same in either format.
Group cohort dates are on this page. If you’d prefer 1:1 instruction, feel free to get in touch.
Solo or Group
Whether you’ve never meditated, tried it a few times, or have an existing practice that’s lost its rhythm or spark, this course offers a simple, portable practice you can carry through modern life.
It’s especially helpful if you feel like you “think too many thoughts to meditate”, if you’re stretched, tired, or pulled in too many directions, or if you’re simply looking for a steadier relationship with your mind and nervous system.
The practice sits comfortably alongside spiritual traditions and works equally well for people who prefer a secular, science-led approach.
Wherever you’re starting from, the practice meets you there.
who is this for
This is a simple, mantra-based meditation practice.
You’re given a specific sound to use silently — not as something to concentrate on, but as a light structure that allows the mind to settle naturally. There’s no need to control your thoughts or “empty” the mind. The technique works by giving the nervous system access to a deeper level of rest.
Practised regularly, this begins to shift how you function: more clarity, more energy, a steadier baseline, and a deeper connection to your own creative intelligence.
It’s not tied to any belief system, and it doesn’t require a particular mindset. It’s designed to be simple, portable, and sustainable — something that fits into real life, and quietly supports it.
What is the Technique
A steady meditation practice gently changes how you move through life.
With regular practice, people often notice:
• A steadier nervous system
• Clearer thinking and better decisions
• Less mental noise, more spaciousness
• Greater resilience under pressure
• More energy, clarity and creative insight
• More flow, less grind
• A deeper connection to yourself and others
Many people simply describe feeling more like themselves again.
Benefits
People come to meditation from many directions. Some are interested in the science of the nervous system and habit; others are drawn to the quieter, more reflective side of life.
This practice sits comfortably between those worlds. It doesn’t require any particular belief system, and it doesn’t replace existing spiritual or religious traditions.
For some, it’s simply a reliable way to steady the mind and nervous system. For others, it opens something deeper. The practice leaves room for both.

INTEGRATING INTO REAL LIFE
This practice was designed for modern lives.
You don’t need a perfectly quiet environment, a spiritual mindset, or hours of free time. The practice is simple and portable, and fits alongside work, travel, family, creativity, and everyday life.
Many people notice the benefits within the first week, and a natural daily rhythm tends to follow.
Meditation isn’t about adding another obligation to your schedule or stepping away from life. It’s about creating a functional practice that supports everything else you do.
Meditation is less about discipline than it is about returning — again and again.
Ghita teaches a simple, mantra-based meditation practice designed to work in real life — not outside of it.
Her approach bridges habit, nervous system regulation, and creative intelligence, shaped by both personal practice and formal training.
